In my opinion, Dentistry and Skin Care offer a perfect blend of aesthetics and science. They have an exceptional potential to change the way people see you and how you think about yourself, which helps to significantly increase selfconfidence. I have always been inclined towards assisting people, especially with their selfconfidence. Perhaps this was the greatest motivation behind why I chose to follow the path of developing my own clinic dedicated to dentistry and skin care.
For me singing is not just an interest or a hobby, it’s my passion and an integral part of my life. I always believe that work-life balance is not a success, it’s a cycle, and in fact it’s a way of life for me. Although with the pandemic things got a little difficult, but I found my way out of all this stress and workload. I am an early riser and that is the time when I do my riyaaz.

The pandemic was probably the single most calamitous disruption for women entrepreneurs here in India. 73% of women-led enterprises suffered the aftermath of Covid lockdown. To be honest, Dentistry and Skin Care are rather challenging professions to pursue. As far as my journey is considered I’ve had my share of highs & lows. Due to the rise of pandemic, our international clientele has reduced which has altered our business outlook. But we continue to move forward with our unwavering commitment to serving people.

A few things that one could include along with their regular dental regime are the use of proper equipment such as using fluoride toothpaste and a soft-bristled toothbrush. It is also important to add Fiber-rich fruits and vegetables along with sufficient dairy products to your daily diet. The nutrients and minerals derived from such items, not only help to provide sufficient nourishment but also help to maintain adequate oral health.
Certain skincare practices that people should inculcate in their daily lives are protecting your skin from direct sunlight and avoiding the use of strong soaps and chemical-based cosmetic products. Having a healthy diet is also equally important for having good skin. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins are something that one must include in their day-to-day diet to maintain healthy & younger-looking skin.

For all the women entrepreneurs out there, all that I’d like to say is dream big and look for happiness. This can only be achieved when you pursue a career that you truly love. For me, success has never been the key to happiness, it is actually the opposite: happiness is the key to success. If you believe in what you are doing, you will be successful in one way or the other. So, follow your dreams and don’t ever let anyone pull you back from accomplishing those dreams and aspirations.
